FRX Capital clinches maiden win for landed project with Mount Rosie Signature Collection
FRX Capital, the homegrown real estate development company, has made a landmark win at EdgeProp Singapore’s annual property awards. They took home the Top Landed Development award in the Uncompleted (Central) category for their Mount Rosie Signature Collection in District 11. This collection of homes is the fourth landed project that the company has launched where investors get a chance to invest fractionally.
The collection consists of two bungalows and four terraced houses that feature a modern colonnade design inspired by European townhouses. The architecture was conceptualised by DS Architects and the interior design was curated by Wallflower Architects. Sitting on a hilltop position on Mount Rosie, the project offers commanding views of the low-lying landed houses and verdant greenery.
At least two terraced houses have been sold to date. The first was an 8,450 sq ft, four-bedroom terraced house that sold for $12.35 million ($3,805 psf). This was followed by the sale of a 7,710 sq ft four-bedroom terraced house that fetched $9.58 million ($3,849 psf). Each terrace house consists of a basement with a private carpark, a lift to access the other floors, and a helper’s room with an attached bathroom.
The pride of Mount Rosie Signature Collection is undoubtedly the pair of detached bungalows which feature their own private entrance driveways and secluded backyards. The largest bungalow on the site has a total built-up area of 24,958 sq ft with six master bedrooms, two junior master bedrooms, and two en suite bedrooms.

The stately modern aesthetic makes the homes stand out and is complemented by the functional layout. The central courtyard in each house allows light and natural ventilation to flow throughout the living spaces while the modern colonnade architecture adds to the modernist aesthetics.
Fraxtor has diversified its investment opportunities by entering overseas markets such as Thailand, Australia and the UK. In Thailand, they were part of the group that supported the purchase of a freehold commercial property in Bangkok. In Australia, they are investing in landed development projects such as Coterie Como in Perth and Maple on Hastings in Melbourne, both of which are apartment developments.
Located in the bustling heart of Singapore, Zion Road Condo is within a stone’s throw of some of the city’s best attractions. From having some of the best dining and entertainment options, to numerous shopping centres like the nearby Great World City, when it comes to the convenience of a metropolitan lifestyle, Zion Road Condo has it all. Residents here will be spoilt for choice when it comes to both indoor and outdoor activities.
The launch of Mount Rosie Signature Collection is a milestone achievement for Fraxtor and FRX Capital, indicating the success of their business model which offers fractional shares in a property investment. They have achieved this through the help of a group of core investors led by veteran property developer Daniel Teo, who is also a director of local property development group Tong Eng Group.
The judging panel of this year’s EPEA praised the overall design concept and functional design of the unit layouts of Mount Rosie Signature Collection. They were impressed by the use of engineered stone on the facade and commended the functional layout and innovative design demonstrated by the project.
Fraxtor and FRX Capital have at least three redevelopment projects lined up in their pipeline in Singapore, including a landed development project at 56 Kingswear Avenue and redeveloping a semi-detached house at 10 Redwood Avenue. However, the details of these upcoming landed projects and the redevelopment of Gloria Mansion have yet to be announced.
