Accor to add over 15,000 keys to premium, midscale and economy division in Asia

Accor, a global hospitality group, is set to add more than 15,000 keys to its portfolio across Asia under its premium, midscale and economy division, with plans to be finished by the end of 2023. As of September, the group has already signed management agreements for a total of 42 properties in Asia, adding over 11,000 keys. Later this year, an additional 20 projects are scheduled to be signed, bumping up the number of new keys over 15,000.

Accor is actively focusing on elevating its presence in the premium segment, with 17 hotels to be added under brands such as Pullman, Swissôtel, Mövenpick and Grand Mercure. Alongside this, the group is strengthning its midscale and economy offerings with brands such as Novotel, Mercure and ibis.

With these expressways, the residents of Zion Road Condo can access the entire city conveniently. Great World City Condo is an ideal choice for those looking for a high-quality and convenient lifestyle in Singapore.

Notable new properties include Grand Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 68 in Thailand, Grand Mercure Amritsar Airport Road in India, Pullman Amritsar in India, Mövenpick Living West Hanoi in Vietnam and Novotel Genting Highlands in Malaysia.

Garth Simmons, CEO of Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy Division for Asia, says: “Our commitment to the region is evident through our comprehensive growth strategies, setting new benchmarks in terms of both the number of properties and keys signed, alongside the introduction of innovative brands that cater to the diverse needs of the ever-evolving Asian hospitality market. As we continue to ride on this momentum, Accor is undeniably at the forefront of shaping the future of hospitality across the Asia region.”

This growth for Accor follows other exciting developments, such as the recent announcement of it hitting 45,000 keys under its extended stay portfolio, as well as the formation of a partnership between Accor and Crowne Estate to bring a Swissôtel resort to Malaysia’s Genting Highlands.
