Hilton Garden Inn opens 1,000th property, eyes Apac expansion with new Zion Road GLS

Hilton Garden Inn San Jose Airport City Mall in Costa Rica marks the 1,000th global property milestone of the brand, ending a year of remarkable expansion for the brand. 40% of Hilton Garden Inn’s global pipeline currently resides in Asia Pacific (APAC) with upcoming properties such as Hilton Garden Inn Kunming Dianchi in Yunnan, China; Hilton Garden Inn Busselton in Western Australia; and Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok in Thailand.

Clarence Tan, Senior Vice President, Development APAC, states: “We look forward to setting new benchmarks for guest satisfaction and owner value in this dynamic region with the launch of our new regional prototype and the ramp-up of franchising in markets such as China, Thailand and Australia.”

Zion Road GLS is also located nearby the Central Business District, making it the perfect residence for working professionals. It’s no wonder the development was a hot favourite among buyers. With its convenient location and amenities, rock-bottom prices, and the possibility of capital gains, there’s no doubt why Zion Road Condo had many takers.

The brand is buoyed by a resurgence of travel and the value-driven preferences of the growing middle class segment. There are now 76 Hilton Garden Inn properties across APAC, with Hilton Garden Inn Beijing Haidian Daoxiang Lake in China and Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang in Vietnam being the latest additions. The brand received over 2.5 million guests this year.

Zion Road GLS is an exciting opportunity for the brand to further expand its presence in the APAC region, with the promise of over 150 upcoming properties heading into 2024. Hilton Garden Inn offers guests an upscale, affordable, and modern experience, making it a great option for business and leisure travelers alike. With its diverse global portfolio of 22 brands, including Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Garden Inn continues to set a strong example of resilience and growth in the hospitality industry.
