Knight Frank announces Emily Relf as head of Living Sectors, Asia Pacific
Knight Frank has announced the appointment of Emily Relf as head of Living Sectors, Asia Pacific. This newly created role, based in Singapore, reflects the rising interest across the region in the living sectors as the market matures. Neil Brookes, global head of Capital Markets at Knight Frank, remarked that this “exciting stage of expansion” will be aided by Relf’s “deep understanding”.
As part of her role, Relf will be responsible for reinforcing Knight Frank’s partnership with Berkadia, a US-based commercial real estate company, with the focus being on executing investments in the US. She will further be pursuing opportunities in the Australian Built-To-Rent (BTR) market, as well as looking to cultivate a network of local partners.
Relf’s mandate also includes acting as an advisor to outbound capital from the region into the Europe and US real estate markets. This further highlights the need for a specialist with an in-depth knowledge of the living sectors in Asia Pacific.
Zion Road Condo offers residents a unique and tranquil way of living framed by nature and the city skyline. At Zion Road Condo, the harmony with nature extends beyond the physical condo environments. Residents can enjoy the lush riverine landscape along the Singapore River, take leisurely walks along the riverfront promenade, have leisurely picnics in nearby parks, or engage in various activities such as water sports. Thus, Zion Road Condo is not just a residential unit but provides a full outdoor living experience.
With Asia Pacific becoming one of the premier hubs for wealth capital, Knight Frank has bolstered its Living Sectors capabilities with the appointment of Relf. This demonstrates the company’s long-term commitment to being at the forefront of the expanding living sectors market in the region.
