Keppel REIT manager appoints new CFO
The Manager of Keppel REIT has announced the appointment of Sebastian Song as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective October 30. He will be succeeding Kang Leng Hui, who is stepping down on the 27th of October to pursue other opportunities.

Song has had a long history with Keppel REIT Management, having joined in 2015 and since then has served as the financial controller. His duties included group reporting and taxation, financial accounting, compliance, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting. Before joining Keppel REIT Management, Song was a Senior Audit Manager at EY.
Koh Wee Lih, CEO of the manager, is confident in Song’s abilities to lead the REIT to more success. He stated “With his deep knowledge and experience in the REIT, I am confident that [Song] will be able to build on the strong foundations in place as we continue to grow Keppel REIT’s portfolio to generate stable income and deliver sustainable long-term total return to our unitholders.”
Koh Wee Lih was appointed as CEO of Keppel REIT Management earlier this year.the manager has also recently divested its stake in Brisbane property for A$275 mil and obtained green loans worth A$300 mil from UOB and BNP Paribas.
These financial actions, alongside their new CFO, suggest that Keppel REIT is well poised for the future, and could very well unlock new growth opportunities for the REIT.
