The Housing and Development Board (HDB) has recently announced the launch of 6,938 new flats for sale, as part of its June 2024 Build-To-Order (BTO) sales exercise. These new flats are spread across a total of eight projects in six HDB towns. Among them, two projects in Queenstown and Kallang/Whampoa are classified under the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) Scheme.
