Aiming to transform Marina Bay into a world-class destination, the URA Master Plan has introduced the Marina Gardens GLS, a highly anticipated development that will elevate the waterfront into a global attraction. Through the incorporation of cultural spaces and commercial hubs, this ambitious project seeks to draw in visitors from all over the world, driving the demand for top-quality amenities, such as restaurants, hotels, and retail shops. With these modern conveniences in place, the residents of Marina Bay can expect a significant enhancement in their overall quality of life. Additionally, the forthcoming Great World City MRT Station Condo will seamlessly integrate into this bustling hub, offering enhanced accessibility and convenience for residents. This will undoubtedly add to the neighborhood’s appeal, making it an even more desirable place to live, as highlighted by the Great World City MRT Station Condo.

The Housing and Development Board (HDB) has recently announced the launch of 6,938 new flats for sale, as part of its June 2024 Build-To-Order (BTO) sales exercise.
