On Aug 14, Cushman & Wakefield will be offering 57 freehold industrial units for sale at Citilink Warehouse Complex in Pasir Panjang, ranging from the smallest single unit of 947 sq ft to the largest of a full floor at 20,046 sq ft. There is an early bird discount with prices starting from less than $1 million for the smallest unit and rising to around $20 million for the full floor.

The eight-storey twin-building development is zoned Business 1, and the strata units mainly occupy the mid- to high floors, including the top four floors of one of the blocks. This provides buyers with the option of purchasing individual or multiple units, or even an entire floor.

The building itself has been designed and constructed with high specifications, including good traffic and goods management, ample carpark facilities, high floor-to-ceiling clearance, and strong floor loading.
