The LakeGarden Residences is one of the most anticipated project launches in 2023 according to Ismail Gafoor, CEO of PropNex. The launch of this 306-unit condominium set to launch on August 5 is drawing plenty of attention, with approximately 1,800 groups of mainly family visitors receiving previews of the property over two weekends since July 22.
