Qingjian Realty and Santarli Realty to preview Altura EC on July 22

Altura, an executive condominium (EC) situated at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8, will be previewed by Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group and Santarli Realty on July 22. It is the first EC in the area since 2001, and is sure to provide an ideal home to many young families in search of a comfortable living experience at attractive prices.

From July 22 through July 31, e-applications will be welcomed by the developers from 10am to 7pm, with bookings opening on August 5 and prices being advertised on August 2. Potential homeowners will appreciate the luxurious facilities on offer at Altura, including a 50m pool, tennis court, function rooms, Reading Club and gym – all inspired by a vision of comfort, leisure and sustainability.

The BCA Green Mark Gold award has been presented to Altura in recognition of the eco-friendly features, such as rooftop solar panels and energy-efficient air-conditioning and lift systems, as well as sanitary fittings designed to reduce water wastage.

The successful bid for the Bukit Batok site was made in March 2022 by Qingjian and Santarli for $266 million, or $662 psf per plot ratio – the record for an EC land rate. All units at Altura range from 980 sq ft to 1,711 sq ft and include a study corner, along with Bosch, Hansgrohe, Roca and Franke appliances and fittings.
