Duplex Penthouse Turquoise Sale 51 Mil
A luxurious three-bedroom duplex penthouse in Turquoise, a 99-year leasehold condominium located along Cove Drive in Sentosa Cove, will be up for auction at SRI’s next sale on June 26. The unit, which is being sold by its owner, covers a spacious 3,111 sq ft and has a guide price of $5.1 million, equivalent to $1,639 per square foot.
According to Eric Liew, SRI’s manager for auction sales, this will be the first time the property is being put on the market since it was purchased by its current owners back in December 2007. Based on the caveat lodged, the owners acquired the duplex for $8.02 million, which translates to $2,579 psf.
The lower floor of this duplex features a private lift lobby that leads to the living and dining area, which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that open out to an open balcony. This level includes an en suite bedroom, a common bedroom, and a common bathroom, as well as a wet and dry kitchen and a utility room.
The upper floor comprises the master bedroom and a spacious open terrace with a built-in jacuzzi that offers stunning unobstructed views of the surrounding waterfront and marina of Sandy Island, according to Liew.

According to Liew, the last penthouse to change hands was another three-bedroom duplex that covers 3,283 sq ft. The transaction, which was recorded in December 2022, amounted to $4.83 million, or $1,410 psf.

In January, a three-bedroom unit on the first level of the building, measuring 2,164 sq ft, was sold for $3 million ($1,387 psf). In May, a four-bedroom unit on the first floor, which covers 2,562 sq ft, was sold for $4.4 million ($1,716 psf).
