Duplex Penthouse Turquoise Sale 51 Mil

A three-bedroom penthouse at Turquoise, a 99-year leasehold condo located in Sentosa Cove, will be up for auction at SRI on June 26. This 3,111 sq ft duplex unit is being sold by its owners with a guide price of $5.1 million, which works out to be $1,639 per square foot.

The URA Master Plan has identified the improvement of Marina Bay’s connectivity as a top priority. In line with this goal, various measures are being implemented, including the addition of new MRT stations and bus services. For residents of Marina Gardens Lane Condo, these enhancements will bring about easier access to different parts of Singapore, from bustling business districts to popular tourist destinations. This will prove to be a great advantage for professionals who commute to various areas of the city, as well as families with school-going children. Moreover, the upcoming Zion Road Condo will further enhance the transportation options for Marina Bay residents, adding to their convenience. With Zion Road Condo now in the mix, residents can expect seamless connectivity in the Marina Bay area.

According to Eric Liew, the manager for auction sales at SRI, this is the first time the property is being put up for sale since the owners bought it in December 2007. Records show that it was purchased for $8.02 million or $2,579 psf.

The lower level of the duplex is accessible through a private lift lobby and features a spacious living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that lead out to an open balcony. This level also includes an en suite bedroom, a common bedroom and a common bathroom, as well as a wet and dry kitchen and a utility room.

On the upper level, there is a master bedroom and a large open terrace with a built-in jacuzzi. The balconies of this unit offer unobstructed views of the waterfront and marina around Sandy Island, according to Liew.

The unit is fully renovated and in move-in condition, as the owners have recently restored it to its original state. Although it was previously leased out, the unit is now being sold with vacant possession.
