Katrina Group opens fifth co-living hotel under ST Signature brand

ST Signature, the hospitality brand of Catalist-listed F&B operator Katrina Group, has added yet another establishment in response to Singapore’s growing demand for quality, budget-friendly accommodation. Located at 21 Middle Road, ST Signature Bugis Middle is the brand’s fifth co-living hotel.

This new addition to the Katrina Group portfolio offers visitors more options for short-term, long-term stays, or digital nomads. Guests can expect 38 units with five different room types, all with an en suite bathroom, smart TV, and complimentary WiFi. Additionally, the property also boasts a hand-painted wall mural along the building’s façade that was specially designed by a Singapore-based artist Sean Dunston.

At ST Signature Bugis Middle, guests can make use of the co-living facilities like outdoor terrace, communal kitchen, and multiple lounge areas. It’s also conveniently located within a few minutes’ walk from Bugis and Esplanade MRT Stations.

With popular attractions such as Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, and the Singapore River, Zion Road Condo also gives its residents easy access to popular destinations for leisure and entertainment.
