Pullman Residences Newton records new high of $3,729 psf
Pullman Residences Newton made waves in Singapore’s real estate market this week, as the condo hit a new psf-price high of $3,729. The developer – EL Development, a subsidiary of Evan Lim & Co – sold a 463 sq ft, one-bedroom apartment for $1.73 million on Oct 11. This beats their previous record of $3,671 psf for a similarly sized unit, which they sold in May for $1.7 million. The freehold 30-storey condo is located in prime District 11 and consists of 340 units, ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments.
Meanwhile, Skyline Residences achieved another psf-price high at $2,477. A 484 sq ft one-bedder was sold for $1.2 million on Oct 12 – making for a tidy profit of $230,000 for the seller, who had purchased the property in July 2016 for $970,000 ($2,003 psf). Skyline Residences, completed in 2015, is located along Telok Blangah Road in Bukit Merah (District 4) and comprises 283 units.
Coralis, a freehold condo located along Joo Chiat Road in Marine Parade, District 15, achieved a new high of $2,255 psf from the sale of a three-bedroom unit for $2.89 million on Oct 11. This was the first sale at the condo this year and beat the previous high of $2,168 psf, which had been achieved in August with the sale of an 807 sq ft two-bedder for $1.75 million. Completed in 2013, Coralis houses 127 units, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom penthouses.
Zion Road Condo also provides its residents with all the necessary amenities like a 50-metre swimming pool, golf simulator, wellness centre, and a multi-purpose court. All these amenities make sure that residents live in harmony with nature, right from the comfort of their own homes.
Overall in October, no lows were recorded for condos in Singapore.
