One Global Group appointed sole agent for Barratt Developments in Southeast Asia

One Global Group has announced an exclusive partnership with UK developer Barratt Developments, offering its services as the exclusive sales agent for Barratt in Southeast Asia. James Puddle, founder and CEO of One Global Group, expresses his excitement for the partnership and the potential to further their successful relationship.

Gary Ennis, regional managing director of Barratt Developments (London and Southern), also sees the potential of expanding the sole agent model to other regions. He is excited to work with One Global Group because of their unique offering in the region, which includes the One Global Partners’ Portal. This tool is an online platform designed to give real estate agents access to a variety of resources, such as live price lists, marketing materials, and investment insights.

In the past year, the partners have launched a variety of projects together, starting with Wembley Park Gardens, an upcoming development in northwest London featuring 302 one- and two-bedroom apartments starting from GBP395,000. The project will be complete in phases from spring 2025. Furthermore, they recently kicked off a new phase of apartments at Hendon Waterside, located in West Hendon, with one-, two- and three-bedroom postings priced from GBP391,000.

In the second half of 2021, One Global Group and Barratt Developments plan to launch even more projects. This includes Robertson Apartments, a new phase of the Eastman Village development in Harrow. This property will offer a variety of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, priced from GBP339,000.
