The two-storey bungalow at 11 Orange Grove Road sits on a 65,811 sq ft plot with a total GFA of about 8,030 sq ft. The properties are available for lease for a period of five years with the option to renew for up to three years.

According to SLA, the allowable use of these heritage bungalows is intended for creative lifestyle purposes, such as experiential retail, F&B, wellness, or beauty concepts. The bungalows, which were originally constructed in the late 1920s, feature distinctive architectural elements inspired by Malayan design principles, such as Corinthian columns with stilts.

Located between the Orchard Road shopping belt and Newton, the properties are in a prime central location and are surrounded by prestigious landmarks such as The Tanglin Club, The American Club, and Goodwood Park Hotel. Cushman & Wakefield, the managing agent, will conduct an open bidding exercise and organize appointments for an open house viewing on June 15. The bidding period for this property starts on June 18 and will close on June 24.
