Sophia Lim, director, Investment Sales & Capital Markets at Savills Singapore notes that the firm is “receiving strong interest for prime Grade-A strata offices” following the recent successful sale of four full office floors at Solitaire on Cecil and multiple transactions at Suntec City.

She further explains why Suntec City remains a favoured development among investors and end-users. Grade-A strata offices, a retail mall with a myriad of F&B and lifestyle options, and ample carparking space and transport connectivity are just a few of its many attractive features.

Lim adds that the offices on Suntec City’s higher floors are always a sought-after address. Boasting arguably the best view of the Marina Bay Financial District, Kallang River, and the Singapore Sports Hub, these offices make for a truly unrivalled space.
