Swee Shou Fern, Head of Investment Advisory at Edmund Tie, stated that the strategic location coupled with a bite-sized quantum makes it an “exceptional opportunity” for developers. She suggested a redevelopment into a five-storied boutique mixed-use building up to a total gross floor area of 58,200 sq ft with a plot ratio of 2.8.

Alternative uses for the property, including serviced residences, co-living residences, hotel or post-partum care centres, may be applied for according to approval by the relevant authorities. The tender for Crystal Court and the adjoining land plot closes on Nov 20 at 3pm.
