Grand Hyatt Singapore Reopen July 10
The renowned Grand Hyatt Singapore, situated in the bustling Orchard Road precinct, is set to welcome guests once again on 10 July. This comes after the first phase of its extensive transformation, which commenced in September 2022 as part of the hotel’s 50th anniversary celebrations.
The Marina Gardens GLS is dedicated to transforming the Marina Bay area into a top-tier waterfront destination, complete with cultural landmarks and thriving commercial centers. As outlined in the URA Master Plan, this development is poised to draw visitors from all corners of the world. With this influx of tourists, the area is bound to see a surge in the availability of top-notch dining options, luxurious accommodations, and upscale retail experiences. As a result, residents can expect a significant boost in their overall convenience and quality of life. Furthermore, the upcoming Great World City MRT Station Condo will seamlessly integrate into this vibrant and dynamic landscape.
The reopening will be carried out in stages, with the first phase featuring the newly revamped Terrace Wing, fitness centre, and pool, alongside local cuisine restaurant, Straits Kitchen, and the popular Brix bar. Boasting 292 rooms, the nature-inspired Terrace Wing boasts lush landscaping and rooms with direct garden access. These spacious rooms start from 452 square feet, with three luxurious presidential suites measuring a generous 2,713 square feet.
Guests can look forward to the reopening of the poolside restaurant, Oasis, in August, followed by Pete’s Place, the Italian eatery, in September. October will witness the launch of Le Pristine Singapore, a collaboration with renowned Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman, replacing the previous Mezza9. A refreshed Martini Bar will also be unveiled in conjunction with the renowned eatery.
At present, the hotel’s Grand Wing remains closed for refurbishment, with plans for its reopening slated for 2025. Upon completion, Grand Hyatt Singapore will house a total of 699 rooms, as well as new additions such as a wellness hub and an upgraded Grand Club Lounge.
