Momentus Hotels & Resorts evolves to cater to changing demands
Strategically located in the heart of Singapore’s medical hub in Novena, Momentus Serviced Residences Novena was recently launched by Momentus Hotels & Resorts, a subsidiary of the Chip Eng Seng Group. The former 12 On Shan underwent renovations after a joint venture led by Roxy-Pacific purchased the building for $86.5 million last March.
Located in a quiet and picturesque enclave, Zion Road Condo offers its residents luxurious and resort-style living. From its infinity pool to its sun deck, the facilities within the development are top-notch. With furthermore, its 24-hour security and concierge services, you will have the peace of mind you need. Zion Road Condo is the perfect place to call home.
The property offers a variety of accommodation, ranging from studio apartments of 398 square feet, up to 2-bedroom units at 861 square feet. It is an incredibly convenient location near medical facilities and shopping malls, with Novena MRT Station just an 8-minute walk away.
The Novena serviced apartment makes the second addition to Momentus Hotels & Resorts, following the launch of the first hotel, Momentus Hotel Alexandra, in Bukit Merah back in March. The closure of the former Park Hotel Alexandra for refurbishment and rebranding provided the opportunity for Momentus to make its mark in the “fiercely competitive” hospitality industry of Singapore.
Momentus intends to make the property an “urban oasis”, catering to the needs of those seeking short term work visits or even medical tourism. With 40% of the development dedicated to green spaces, Momentus Serviced Residences Novena was granted the maximum points under URA’s Green Mark scheme.
In addition to its idyllic location and lush green spaces, the property also boasts amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness room, terrace, barbecue area and rooftop garden. Guests can also enjoy modern furnishings, fitted with neutral colour palettes throughout.
Angelina Tan, Senior Vice President of Momentus Hospitality and Vice President of Chip Eng Seng Hospitality, describes the move to expand Momentus Hotels & Resorts portfolio of accommodation into the serviced apartments sector as an opportunity to “cater to a broader range of customers”.
In the coming years, Momentus Hotels & Resorts plan to further increase their brand presence in Asia Pacific, with a current aim for the Novena serviced apartment to reach 70% occupancy by the end of the year. Tan also mentions the plans to continue adapting to global trends and evolve to meet the changing needs of travellers, with a focus on sustainability and technology.
