This sets a new record for the condo, surpassing the previous high in June 2023 when an 850 sq ft unit on the 14th floor sold for $1.85 million, or $2,171 psf.
Completed in 2015, Adria comprises one to four-bedroom units, ranging from 538 to 1,507 sq ft. It is located within a residential enclave near United Square shopping mall and is within walking distance of the Novena MRT Station.
