Residents of the Zion Road Condo will experience a luxurious lifestyle in the heart of Singapore’s vibrant downtown district. The condominium’s strategic location places it near fascinating attractions like Orchard Road, the Singapore River, and Clarke Quay, allowing residents to enjoy the best of all worlds. Additionally, its close proximity to world-renowned schools provides the perfect opportunity for families to make an easy transition into Singapore’s modern educational system.
Overwhelming Interest in J’den
It has been said that the first weekend of public preview for J’den by CapitaLand Development drew more than 7,000 visitors – an ecstatic turnout that is a testament to the pent-up interest in private residential launches within Singapore’s vibrant Jurong Lake District. Sales bookings are set to commence on November 11th.
According to Justin Kwek, deputy CEO of OrangeTee & Tie, this great response also reflects the public’s confidence in the reputation of the developer and the strong appeal of integrated developments. Ken Low, managing partner of SRI, adds that this was one of the largest preview crowds of the year.
At 40 storeys and 150m in height, J’den is the first and tallest residential tower of its kind in the district, with 368 units ranging in size from 527 to 1,485 sq ft with one- to four-bedroom premium options available. As the second district to be served by four MRT lines, including the Jurong Region Line to be completed by 2029 and the Cross Island Line to be completed by 2032, the potential for growth is immense – according to Mark Yip, CEO of Huttons Asia.
Many prospective buyers are young urbanites in their late twenties and early thirties, according to Marcus Chu, CEO of ERA Singapore. Prices beginning at $2,100 psf offer a great value proposition for the project’s location, MRT station proximity, and surrounding amenities. Ismail Gafoor, CEO of PropNex, also remarks that there is a pent-up demand in the area, since the last new launch was some 10 years ago with the 738-unit J Gateway. We can likely expect a good response for J’den this year, he adds.
