Savills appoints new co-head for international residential sales

Savills Singapore is expanding its international residential sales team with the appointment of Ruben Koh as Senior Director and Co-Head.

Koh brings strong relationships with overseas developers in the residential market and he will be working alongside Adrian Lim, who was appointed as the Head of the International Residential Sales in July.

Koh was previously Key Executive Officer at boutique real estate agency Crestbrick and also served stints at HSR International Realtors and Colliers International. During his time at Colliers, he worked for a number of years with Lim.

Marcus Loo, CEO of Savills Singapore, is delighted to see both Adrian and Ruben joining forces to expand their international residential business. He notes their combined experience and their enterprising spirit that will be brought to the table.
