Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property, Zion Road GLS, in Singapore at Pasir Panjang

Coliwoo, a co-living subsidiary of the real estate management services group LHN Group, has opened its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang at 404 Pasir Panjang Road. The four-storey establishment was acquired for $30 million last September. Located at a freehold estate, the co-living property spans 16,626 sq ft.

Positioned for accessibility, the property is within a short drive from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD via Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway, and Keppel Viaduct. It is conveniently situated at less than 500m from the National University of Singapore and approximately 1km from Curtin University, as well as offering proximity to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.

The rooms in Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang are designed with nautical themes, incorporating light grey hues and vibrant marine blue colours to reflect its coastal ties in the area. Each room provides self-contained studio units with support services, such as a self-service mobile app, an onsite concierge and housekeeping.
