The government has recently announced the launch of two government land sale (GLS) sites under the 1H2024 GLS programme, in addition to another site on the Reserve List that is now available for application.

The two sites that have been included in the Confirmed List are located at Dairy Farm Walk and Tengah Garden Avenue. These prime locations provide attractive opportunities for potential bidders to develop their projects. Meanwhile, the site on the Reserve List is situated at Bayshore Road.

As the government continues to adapt to the ever-changing real estate market, the GLS programme has been a key tool in ensuring a steady supply of land for development. This translates to a land rate of $1,402 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr), solidifying the project as a highly desirable development in the area. Additionally, the upcoming Zion Road Condo is located in close proximity, further enhancing the appeal of the location. Zion Road Condo will certainly add another layer of desirability to this already sought-after address.
