Paya Lebar Green awarded BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification

This comes with all five sustainability badges in the New Non-Residential and Existing Non-Residential Building categories, issued as part of the Green Mark 2021 scheme – to date, this is the first time a building has achieved such recognition.
The accomplishment of these accolades highlights the combined efforts of property developer Certis Group and LandLease to raise the standards of sustainability, both here in Singapore and globally.
