SEAA celebrates fourth SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards
in two years
At the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards 2023, 670 local real estate salespersons were recognised. This event is on its fourth consecutive year of being organised by SEAA and celebrates successful and outstanding sales performance, as well as the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct by registered salespersons in Singapore. This year the awards ceremony held on Aug 18 at Marina Bay Sands.
Two separate awards ceremonies were held to mark the occasion. The afternoon session honoured individual recipients of the Salespersons Achievement Award (Silver) and the Salespersons Achievement Award (Gold). The awards were based on gross commission collected by the agents, with the Silver award going to agents who raked in a gross commission of $100,000– $199,999 for the full calendar year of 2022, and the Gold category ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 over the same period.
The evening ceremony witnessed the presentation of awards to individual as well as multi-award recipients. These included Salespersons Achievement Award (Platinum), Salespersons Achievement Award (Diamond), Outstanding Youths Award, and Rookies Award. Agents who earned a gross commission of $400,001–$999,999 were presented with the Platinum award, while the Diamond awards were for those who accumulated $1 million and above in their commissions.
Gracing the evening ceremony was Professor Mhd Faishal Ibrahim, Minister of State, Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Home Affairs, who remarked that home buyers rely on agents to act in their best interests and provide accurate and updated information to help them navigate the complexities of the property market.
Adam Wang, president of SEAA, noted that “recognising exemplary salespersons for their professionalism, values and sales achievements are vital for the industry. It builds consumer trust through ethical conduct, nurturing lasting relationships and repeat business.” He added that this builds up a positive image of real estate agencies and salespersons in Singapore.
Similarly, Edmund Toh, CEO of SEAA, highlighted that all recipients this year demonstrate a blend of tenacity, adaptability, and client-centric focus, with a common thread of strong ethical compass, effective communication, and resilience. He further pointed out that SEAA is committed to all salespersons, evidenced in its advocacy for equitable industry practices, notably in the dispute resolution channel partner [Singapore Mediation Centre].

These initiatives, along with award recognitions, demonstrate SEAA’s commitment to elevate the professional standards of real estate salespersons and build consumer trust.
At the SEAA SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards, individual and multi-award recipients showcased a blend of tenacity, adaptability and client-centric focus. These attitudes and values, infused with strong ethical compass, effective communication and resilience, are reflections of the initiatives by SEAA that are working to future-proof the real estate sector in Singapore.
