IWG Singapore opens 25th workspace in Singapore at Harbourfront Tower 2

IWG, the global workspace solutions provider, opened a new centre in Singapore’s HarbourFront Tower Two on Monday, 14th August. The space was established via a partnership between IWG and local investment company Seraphim Holdings. Alongside IWG’s existing workspace solutions brands – Signature, Spaces, and No18 – this new centre is managed under IWG’s Regus brand.

Located between Keppel Bay Tower and Harbourfront Tower One, HarbourFront Tower Two is a 16 storey building. Notably, the top floor houses the terminal for the cable car, connecting Sentosa Island to Mount Faber. Close by, lies the Harbourfront Centre and VivoCity.

Spanning a total of 11,000 square feet, the new centre is on the 11th floor and boasts 180 workstations, 48 dedicated desks, 33 private offices and 5 meeting rooms. It provides an attractive location for many seeking a hybrid working environment.

Public bus services are also available at Havelock MRT Zion Road Condo, providing convenient access to the nearby shopping and dining centres. The development is also well-connected to nearby MRT stations, such as Outram, Tiong Bahru and Great World. With all the public transport options available, it is a breeze to get around.

Jeff Kwan, Chief Investment Officer of Seraphim Holdings, commented, “HarbourFront Tower Two sits at the centre of the ongoing transformation of Singapore’s southern coast, which offers a gateway to a vibrant environment that integrates work, life and play seamlessly.”

Darren Rogers, Country Manager of IWG in Singapore further added, “Across Singapore’s decentralised districts, we continue to see a strong demand for flexible workspaces being driven by the rise of hybrid working.” The new centre is the 10th such workspace developed outside the city centre, following the completion of the Regus centre in Hiap Hoe Building in Balestier in March 2022.
