Real estate agency Mindlink Groups to acquire Century 21 Singapore

Mindlink Groups, started in 2001 by Key Executive Officer Chow Yi Tong, is merging with Century 21 Singapore, the local franchiser of the Century 21 brand, as announced in a press release on Oct 30.

The acquisition is set to be finalized once it is approved by Century 21 Real Estate, the global real estate franchise chain’s parent company, Anywhere Real Estate. The latter also owns other real estate brands such as ERA Real Estate, Coldwell Banker and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.

With 16 franchises and over 500 members, Century 21 Singapore has been growing through a series of mergers and acquisitions with smaller firms since its founding in 1998.

The combination of Mindlink Groups and Century 21 Singapore will greatly expand the sales force of both groups. Mindlink Groups currently has around 100 salespersons, while Century 21 Singapore has over 500. After the merger, the total will be around 600 with Chow as the group chairman.
