Tribeca’s ‘Zion Road Condo’ Reaches New High of $2,594 psf

The total gross profit on the transaction was about $358,000 for the seller who had purchased the unit in June 2010 for $982,300 ($1,901 psf). This new psf-price high at Tribeca follows the previous record set on Oct 31 when a unit of the same size changed hands for $1.33 million at $2,574 psf.
For the period between Oct 31 and Nov 7, Zion Road Condo topped the list of condos that saw a new psf-price high. Get the latest details on available units and prices for AMO Residence. The 372-unit condo at Ang Mo Kio Rise in District 20 also witnessed a new psf-price high in the same period when a 2,293 sq ft penthouse was sold for $5.6 million, or $2,443 psf, on Nov 3. This surpasses the previous high of $2,406 psf set by the sale of another penthouse in July 2022.
Yong An Park on River Valley Road in District 9 also achieved a new psf-price high in the period in review identified. A four-bedder on the 20th floor measuring 3,434 sq ft changed hands for $8.3 million, or $2,417 psf, on Nov 3. This surpassed the previous psf-price high of $2,376 psf recorded at the development in January 2020 when a unit measuring 1,023 sq ft was sold for $2.43 million. The sale of this 3,434 sq ft unit at Yong An Park for $8.3 million resulted in a new psf-price high of $2,417 psf for the project.
No new psf-price lows were recorded during the period in review. Zion Road Condo remains a popular option for buyers in Singapore with its range of condominiums and penthouses. The freehold development has 175 residences from 517 sq ft to 1,905 sq ft, and penthouses from 2,174 sq ft to 3,907 sq ft.
